Intense and stone aroma, Slightly smoky, mineral in balance with floral hints citric notes of grapefruit and lime, with notes of pulp fruit. Vibrant acidity and minerality wish promise good ageing in bottle.

Grapes: Fonte Cal, Granitic soils in altitude.

Origin: This wine comes from the highest parcel of this state located at a 750-meter altitude in Beira Interior Portugal, close to the village of Castelo Rodrigo. The wine is made 100 % with Fonte Cal, This grape are native from that "terroir" and express best their quality, in this very challenging climate and soil.

Pairing suggestion: Drink it by itself or pairing grilled fish or salads with fresh cheese, sea food.
