Apelation: Alentejo DOC

Grapes: Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Castelão (all from plants over 50 years old)

Process: This wine was created to be the Flagship of Sovibor, The finest grapes from the region, destemming by hand, fermented and macerated in a "Balseiro" of French and Portuguese oak and aged in Oak barrel of fine grain of new French oak for 18 month.

Tasting Notes: Very complex wine intense rich notes of dark chocolate, with begamot, cigar and dark berries rapped in a intense and elegant oak, the perfect balance between the expression of the terroir and the work on the cellar.

Notes: This wine receive a Golden Medal on Brussels, and was consider by the Portuguese magazine there choice for 2020

Alchool: 14.5% Vol
